Christmas Star-bearers' Procession (2026)

This year, we have decided to infuse the Winter Festival at Kodaira Park with even more Christmas spirit and tradition. For the first time in Japan, we are hosting a "Christmas Star-Bearers' Procession"—and everyone is invited to join in, carrying their own star!

To inspire your creativity, we are launching a "Japan’s Best Star-Bearers" contest, with prizes for the winners provided by Ukraine House Japan, Stand With Ukraine Japan, and other festival partners.

Date:

December 5th Time:

17:00 – 18:00

Contest Participation Rules:

⭐️ Form a team of up to 4 participants (individual participation is also welcome).

⭐️ Create your own Christmas Star (the color, size, and style are entirely up to you).

⭐️ Bring it to the Winter Festival at Kodaira Park on December 5th.

⭐️ Carry your Star in the Star-Bearers' Procession (tentatively scheduled for 17:00–18:00; the exact time will be announced later).

Winners will be selected based on a public vote. Voting begins immediately after the procession concludes, and the winners will be announced once the votes have been counted.

Place: 1-chōme-1-1 Tsudamachi, Kodaira, Tokyo 187-0025, Japan

Participation is free, but registration is required.
