National Week of Contemporary Ukrainian Literature Reading — Together with Ukraine House Japan and the Ukrainian Library in Tokyo

From July 20 to 26, Ukraine is celebrating the National Week of Contemporary Ukrainian Literature Reading, organized by the Ukrainian Book Institute.
Ukraine House Japan is proud to join this initiative.
This week, we donated a collection of books by contemporary Ukrainian authors to the Ukrainian Library in Japan. The books were published by the Publishing House of the Saint Volodymyr the Great Baptizer of Kyivan Rus Foundation (Kraków, Poland).
Even a few new books on the library shelves create another opportunity to support the Ukrainian language far from home and to provide Ukrainians in Japan with access to new works of contemporary Ukrainian literature.
We sincerely thank the publishing house and all the authors for their generous support.
We hope these books will become not only a valuable part of the library's collection, but also the beginning of future literary gatherings, book presentations, and visits by Ukrainian writers to Japan.
