New Year’s Greeting from UKRAINE HOUSE JAPAN
31/12/25, 03:00
The team of UKRAINE HOUSE JAPAN warmly extends New Year greetings and wishes you peace, strength of spirit, and mutual understanding.

At this time, it is especially important for us to be seen and heard — as Ukrainians, conscious representatives of our country.
Freedom, independence, loyalty, partnership, and trust are not abstract notions for us, but living values that shape Ukraine’s path in building its society and engaging with the world.
For a long time, Ukraine lived under the pressure of empires that denied these rights. Today, in the modern world, after 34 years of independence, Ukraine once again stands in defense of its life, freedom, culture, and future. This path calls for conscious growth — as a society and as a state — and for responsibility in shaping the future of the world.
Our vision of the future remains clear: a world in which children do not know the sound of explosions or the fear of shelling, do not live alongside death, but grow up trusting adults who genuinely care for them and create a safe, supportive environment for growth, learning, and the cultivation of dignity.
May the New Year bring Ukraine closer to victory — made possible by the extraordinary efforts of our Defenders, women and men, who risk their own lives to protect not only Ukraine, but also the balance and peace of the wider world — for the stability and security of future generations.
We express our sincere gratitude to Japan, as well as to all our partners and friends, for their trust, solidarity, and continued support.
With respect and confidence in the path we have chosen — to open Ukrainian culture to the world, a culture that has sustained Ukrainians throughout history, to foster mutual understanding, and to ensure a bright future for children.
