Ukrainian Flavors Come to Akasaka — TBS Spring Festival

Ukraine House Japan, together with Restaurant Domivka and K.M. TRADING will bring the taste of Ukraine to the TBS Spring Festival at Akasaka Sacas Hiroba.
Under the theme “Homemade, Warm, Traditional,” visitors will be invited to discover Ukrainian home cooking in its most authentic form.
On the menu is borshch slowly cooked to a deep, rich flavor, served with soft pampushky — traditional garlic bread that pairs perfectly with it.
Alongside it, uzvar, a gently sweet drink made from dried fruits, offers a refreshing balance.
Guests will also find pyrizhky with savory and sweet fillings, walnut-shaped horishky cookies, and fruit pie — a selection that reflects the variety and warmth of Ukrainian cuisine.
