Ukrainian Pavuk Workshop in Tokyo — Second Session

06/10/26, 12:00

Discover the traditional Ukrainian art of creating a pavuk—a delicate geometric decoration traditionally made from straw.

In Ukraine, pavuky were usually created during the late-autumn and Christmas season and hung in homes before Christmas. Their light, balanced forms slowly move with the air and symbolize harmony, prosperity, and the order of the universe.

After our first workshop on October 1, we are happy to invite you to the second pavuk workshop:

Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026
Time: 18:00–20:00
Venue: ウクライナ心のケア交流センターひまわり
